"In the past I have seen glimpses of hummingbirds in Alberta but I had never taken a picture of one here. Costa Rica, yes. I was camping in Southern Alberta and had seen a couple fly by. I thought, "how am I going to take a picture of them?" Well, the answer came later when a big camping trailer pulled up beside where I was sitting by the lake and put up a hummingbird feeder. I probably took a few hundred pictures, but I did finally get him on a quick resting break on this branch."
