"I was in Salmon Arm one morning spending time at the wharf. There were many Great Blue Herons close by wading in the water. This one, all by himself, was taking a moment of rest after trying to fish for their breakfast. I love watching herons. They can stand still for so long just waiting for their food to come to them."
